As many of us sell chemical deterrent sprays in States other than whre our principal place of business is located, we get questions every day as to which States are legal and which state have laws regard sale and posession of pepper spray, stun guns and the taser.
We have chosen to sell our products only in the 50 states of the United States and under no circumstances will we ship to any foreign country for any reason.
The laws and restrictions make it almost impossible to do business with these countries, so we have decided to throw in the towel and just no go there.
States that have restrictions on Stunning Devices are Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island and Wisconsin.
Cities where stunning devices are restricted are Annapolis, Md, Baltimore Md, Baltimore County Md, Dennison/Crawford County Ia, District of Columbia and Philadelphia Pa.
Some of the places where we find little or restrictions on any of our products are Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California (with some restrictions), Colorado, Connecticut (some fuzzy legal language there), Delaware, Florida (under 18 restriction), Georgia, Hawaii (Pepper Spray only with permit), Idaho (you can buy it but there are some use restrictions),Illinois(Spray Only), Iowa, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina (some restrictions), South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas ( some restrictions, Utah (No prohibition against the use of chemical aerosol sprays as long as the product does not cause death or serious bodily injury),Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
Hope this helps some of you intending to purchase no lethal weapons.
