Today Dave went to set up a large account for a group of leading sushi restaurants throughout the United Kingdom. He was gone from nine in the morning and didn’t arrive back until half past twelve in the afternoon. Everybody in the office thought he was just being lazy and having a few extra hours in bed, as he did not tell anybody where he was going. This is Dave’s normal trick where he tells people he has been to meetings but really he is still asleep. So I wouldn’t be surprised if he really just woke up late and didn’t go to secure a contract. Nevertheless the contract Dave said he went and secured was at a company called Yo Sushi, a high class Japanese restaurant chain, specializing in sushi dishes. What Dave had actually sold to them was filtered water for all of their restaurants. This water is the water that all customers use from the taps situated all around the carousels, and will be used all over the country as well as in Scotland and Wales. Yo Sushi decided that it would be better for them to use this option of filtered water through taps instead of taking the option of a drinking fountain in each of their restaurants as it looks better and would also cost less in the long run due to break down costs and so on. Overall though today I think Dave did a great job in securing a huge contract for the company and he should be congratulated for his efforts.
