Delivery of Drinking Fountains

My job is working for a water cooler company based in the West Midlands.  It is a fairly large company covering a nationwide network with between fifty and sixty staff.  The company is very successful and seems to have weathered the recession well with a mixture of sound management and a comprehensive base of large contracts.  It is important that the company continues to evolve and spread into other areas of business.  My job involves delivering all sorts of water coolers and drinking fountains and on occasion I also have to install them.  I am a fully qualified installation and sanitisation Technician and this is very important in maintain optimal levels of service.  Some days I can be based in the warehouse preparing machines and installation kits ready for them to either be installed by our team of Technical Engineers or to be send out as online purchases.  The online purchase market has risen over the past few years and this is just an example of the companies expansion, diversifying from the rental market into the online market.  With this type of market it is essential to be at the top of the search engines to encourage customers on to the company website and from there it is important to offer high quality products at a competitive price.  This is something that the company has got just right and the rewards are proof of this.  Don’t get me wrong there has been a lot of effort, time and hard work put into this area of the business as well as large investment, but I can see a lot of industry moving into the online market in the future.  You only have to look at high street sales compared to internet sales to see this.
